UNIPATCH RUBBER LIMITED was set up as a Joint Venture between the business house of Khemka's (New Delhi, India) and Technical Rubber Company, Ohio, USA, world's largest manufacturer of tyre & tube repair products and a pioneer in scientifically designed tyre repairs with unmatched reputation for quality.
Unipatch is India's first and largest, ISO 9001:2015 certified, manufacturer of tyre and tube repair patches and allied products. It has an in house R&D Center and three sophisticated plants to develop & manufacture advanced systems of tyre and tube repair units, chemical fluids, retreading products and repair tools and accessories, which conform to international standards.
Unipatch markets its products under the brand name OMNI, a leading brand across the globe, sold in over 30 countries in Africa, CIS, Middle East & SAARC. It also supplies to its JV partner under the brand name TECH for their markets in the USA, EU & China/ASEAN. In India, OMNI is distributed via a network of over 600 distributors & 6000 dealers. Unipatch also has tie ups with leading tyre companies like Michelin, Apollo, Ceat etc; automobile manufacturer's like Maruti Suzuki, Ashok Leyland etc; STU's like DTC, APSRTC etc; and institutional clients like Indian Army.
THE STORY OF THE MONAFLEX TYRE REPAIR SYSTEM
Originally founded by Stanley Elderfield in 1961, MVS started out by designing and overseeing the installation of heavy mechanical plant equipment for the cement and steel industry. Following industry feedback, the need for a more effective tyre repair solution was observed and so in the early 70s the company successfully pioneered a design for utilising an inflatable rubber airbag for the vulcanisation process. Following much development, this revolutionary method of repair became what is now known today as the Monaflex Tyre Repair System.
