Periodic Training of EMTE team enables them to ensure all service activities are carried with defined SOP’s and also helps them in imparting on job training to customer technicians as well.
Training program for customer staff can also be customized on specific customer need.
Audit of service activities is carried out on periodic basis to insure SOP implementation
Engineering support in terms of product selection, tools selection, maintenance scheduling, mine audit service, service audits are also provided to customer as per requirements.
Each one of our team members is valuable resource and so safety is our highest priority in our onfield service activities.
